Launching a brand new gallery, Paul Griffiths’s exhibition (Things Have Been a Little Bit Tricky) is an honest account of how art has healed him and changed his life. Paul’s work is humorous, heartbreaking, reflective and vibrant, which takes the viewer from his lowest point to new found optimism.
When the exhibition ends on 1 June, the gallery plans to run challenging exhibitions, championing innovative new artwork by local and regional artists, community groups and young people. “We believe that art enriches and has the power to change lives. Through workshops and creative events our aim is to engage and encourage people from all walks of life to rediscover or uncover their creativity in a friendly supportive environment”.
